Box contains a 14 day top and bottom whitening strips course for natural teeth, along with a comparison colour chart.In order to use I did the following:Rinse well with water.Patted dry teeth all over using a clean and dry flannel.I applied the stip by peeling it off, getting the middle in the centre of my two front teeth, lightly press in with the nail and slowly smooth over until the full strip is completely flush with all teeth, lightly push in between each tooth to make sure maximum coverage is achieved, I then patted and smoothed it gently around the remaining surfaces of my teeth, gently pushing in between each tooth on all surfaces.I did a lot of research on length of time of application and found 25 minutes to be nicely effective as this worked well for me, and caused no extra sensitivity, whilst still improving the over all whiteness of my teeth.

What is great about this product firstly, and most importantly to me is that it does not contain any peroxide in the ingredients, so its healthy and not dangerous to use.I have used the strips 3 times and I have noticed a difference, so when I finish the pack I should have whiter teeth and the discolouration will be less noticeable. They are easy to use, stick well and cover the whole of the enamel teeth area, I just had to be a little careful not to get the strips on my gums, but that was easy enough to do. The taste is minty and nice and very pleasant.I thoroughly enjoyed using these strips and I am excited to see the outcome after 14 days as I have confidence that my teeth will be much whiter. Great product to buy.

I have been using these strips for 7 days now.The instructions are really clear and come in various languages.I have noticed a slight difference in my teeth in the short time I have been using them which I am pleased about, I didn't expect amazing results in a short time. They stick on really well and the taste they give off is actually really nice! (Although you aren't meant to lick them haha)My only annoyance is that the sticky stuff sticks to my teeth when I peel then off, but that's only a mild inconvenience because I just wash and brush my teeth afterwards anyway.Overall I rate these 4 stars as I think with contained use they would be fantastic, but as of today they already are impressing me a lot.

I bought this product because of the ease compared to other whitening products. You simply put the strips on your teeth and wait. The flavour was much better than expected and I was definitely able to cope with the strips on my teeth for an hour. The strips are sticky and stayed on the whole time. The solution leaves a residue on your teeth when you peel them off and you have to brush your teeth afterward. Overall I’m very happy with this product. I have only used three applications and I have noticed a small change in the colour of my teeth. I hope after the full 6 applications the difference will be even better 😀

I have tried the crest strips before so I wanted to try a different brand as they made my teeth too sensitive. So far I am happy with these. Its still a bit early to say how well they are working but I can see slight difference in the shades so they are working. It is a 2 week course so time will tell. It does have a slight mint taste which leaves your mouth feeling fresh. I believe it's a German brand. I am also happy with the packaging. You have the strips and instructions included in a small box. Always happy to support sellers who work on reducing packaging waste.

These strips are very easy to use, one on the top teeth and one on the bottom. They arent uncomfortable to wear and I didnt experience any pain or sensitivity while wearing them. It is too early to see if they have made a difference to the whiteness of my teeth but I am looking forward to continued use of them. The whiteness chart in the box is very handy for tracking any colour change.

I never used whitening products before so this was a pleasure to use.The pack contains sachets with the gel strips,there really easy to use,just stick to your teeth.They have a slight taste of mint which was plesently surprising.I've been using for 3 days now with no problems or reactions.I'm starting to see my teeth looking slightly more white .I'd recommend this product for quick easy and safe teeth whitening.

Very easy to use, tastes nice. Only used them for a week, easy and comfortable to use. Noticed a slightly lighter shade, hoping it will improve after completing the process
