I think this is one of the better temporary colour products to buy that you shampoo or on this occasion condition in. I’ve bought various Polar Shampoo type products and haven’t always been impressed. Tried Henna and you’ve to sit with it for hours on your head and hope for the best. Henna doesn’t catch my front greys ever. This conditioner I’ve only used once so far. Left it on around 40 minutes as I’ve just had a holiday and have considerably a fair amount of grey. To say this is the first application the result for me is great and the coverage is even too. Which I struggle with henna and the polar shampoos. I think another application on my next wash and the depth of the colour will be great. What I will say is using gloves is a must! I’ve used to chestnut colour and my hands look like they’re covered in fake tan as does my nails. School boy error. Over all I like this product and will order again.

I have dark brown hair and my greys are actually silver and in no specific pattern (like cool streaks) so I use this and it works well. My hair is very resistant to dye in general but this works well. When I wash it it kind of drops out but this happens with me when I use regular hair dye. I've used for months now and it colours my hair in a way that looks like I have highlights so I really like it and have bought more than once.

Colour may cover natural brown hair but any greys become a dirty yellow colour. Very unflattering and takes ages to fade.

I used this product in Chestnut to add some warmth to my long hair. It was a messy item if you don't apply with caution, gloves and take your time. It will stain clothes or towels. So use old cover ups whilst development time and do add an oily product around the hairline to avoid staining. I found the smell was just ordinary, not strong. The conditioning of product was mediocre but it isn't classed as a mask just a conditioner. Applied through my previously bleached highlights under a brown box dye recently, my hair is very dry already. So I assume on less hair damage it would be more conditioning and would take better on ends. I did have to put an intensive conditioner through ends after rinsing this. But this helped to remove build up of the product and didn't then stain my towel. I dried after a thorough rinse out and you could see the difference but not so much on my damaged longer ends. They still had blonde creeping through. So, this must work better on baby/less dry damaged hair. It took great to my roots! I have tried other toners and am disappointed how they wash out after one wash. I've done two washes on this now and am impressed how the colour has held. A good quick fix to any grey roots too. It is a smallish bottle so will realistically get two treatments. Would I buy again? I would if my hair was in better condition to hold it root to tip. I do love a good toner to give instant colour boosts. For a conditioner, this holds up pretty well in comparison.

The results of this colour was very good. However the chestnut No 32 was more like a burgundy colour and did not match the colour shown on the bottle. They could do with enlarging the fonts on the bottle as I found it very difficult to read. Furthermore the instructions given stated that after application just rinse. I was not aware that you had to shampoo after application and as a result it gave me an itchy scalp so I am not sure whether I would order again. On the whole it was a promising product which is to highly scented.

I am just starting to go grey, so thought I would give this a try as I hate going to the hairdressers! It's easy to put in, I left in for 30 minutes for the first time and it has done a good job of covering the grey hairs (my hair is almost black so they grey hairs are very obvious). My hair is quite thin, so now I just add a bit of conditioner to my hair every time I shampoo. Leaves my hair nice and shiny. Don't use your best towels as the colour does come off when you dry your hair. That said, I have put my towels through a hot wash and the colour has come out. Might try the morello cherry colour next!

Good delivery. First time using this hair dye. Very good. Used on my grey roots and kept on for 30 mins. Texture is think and creamy so easy to apply. After washing hair it look good and natural so im very pleased with product.

Arrivato ieri venerdì. Lho voluto provare subito. Permettendo che la tinta permanente non mi durava piu di due settimane e mezzo quindi dovevo cercare una soluzione efficace, veloce e soprattutto che potesse mascherare questi cappelli bianchi. I mie capelli sono castagni oscuri e i capelli bianchi ci sono solo nella parte alta della testa con crescita di 4 cm dalla radice. Ho fatto il lavaggio dei capelli come al solito. Dopo tamponato bene con la asciugamano e ho messo questo balsamo solo nella parte alta dove si vedono i capelli bianchi. HO lasciato in posa per 45 m. Ho lavato con acqua tiepida e messo un po di balsamo solo nelle lunghezze. Asciugato per bene e ho controllato la chioma. Ovvio questo prodotto non e una tinta permanente o semi ma è riuscita camuffare i capelli bianchi facendo delle sfumature castagne. Sono contenta del risultato. Vedrò quanto tempo dura. Per il momento sono kolto soddisfatta.

Es lo más terrible que hay como producto. el color era Chesnut, y me dejó el cabello amarillo super feo, no sirve. No botes tu dinero.

Die Tönung färbt sehr gut und intensiv. Leider färbt auch das Wasser beim auswaschen leicht, dass muß man bedenken, ich habe mir fürs Schwimmen eine Badekappe besorgt.

I mixed two tones: 32 Chestnut and 31 Dark Chocolate. The result is a dark brown color (similar to my natural) and total coverage of my gray hair. I held it for about an hour and applied for the whole length (not just the roots). I used gloves and applied it with a brush, the same way I would apply any other hair dye (not the way people usually apply a hair conditioner). Two bottles lasted for four treatments, but I have very thick shoulder-length hair. If you don't mix it and use just one bottle, depending on your hair thickness and length it should last for at least two treatments. It holds well in between the treatments, washed off slightly, the color becomes a little lighter, but gray still stays covered. Very satisfied with the result!
