I got the grey one and it was darker in colour but very nice

Q: Does this have a half or full zip? The picture shows full but the description says half?

The one I got was tealand was half zip as shown. I suspect they will be as shown. The grey one you show I think would be full zip. Pictures are accurate.

Q: what is the size for 3XL - 26?

I had an extra large and I am size 18. It was comfortable with room to move in.

Q: Are the sleeves baggy or snug?

The sleeves are not tight like a lycra top, but not baggy either. Nice comfortable fit.
