**Q: how does the oiling system work**
A: This saw does not come with a oiling system. Have a can of wd40 handy.

**Q: Is it compatible with a pole extension from another brand?**
A: No it does not come with a pole extension.

**Q: how do I order replacement parts? I looked at their webpage but no info!**
A: Contact the seller through Amazon

**Q: What is the deal with oiling the chain on this? There's no mentionof it in the instructions.**
A: Yes we also couldn’t find info in the directions for the oil either. We asked a tool tech at Home Depot and they said we should use a 3-1 oil . That part works great. We are having a problem with the battery not staying attached. Maybe the clip or something?  Perhaps they will exchange ours . Love the size , ability and weight.
