Would this be suitable for a fresh Tattoo

I have inks.. Best thing is to leave tattoo alone until healed ..perhaps only using warm boiled Fresh water to splash and PAT gently dry with clean tissue Don’t dry or rub with towels as they may be dirty No soap til really healed as soap attracts dirt …use your common sense
