I ordered these tablets after doing some digging around and found my acne may be caused by a deficiency in zinc. I also found out that zinc picolinate is one of the forms of zinc with a higher bioavailability than others (such as zinc citrate) so it makes it easier for the body to absorb.The delivery was speedy and I like the simple packaging the tablets come in. They are very small and easy to swallow. I always have mine with a meal as I've read it can make you feel nauseated if you take them on an empty stomach. I can't say how much an effect it's had on improving my skin I haven't been taking them for that long. But I'm happy to keep on taking them and would purchase from this seller again.UPDATE!! So I have been taking these tablets for around a month and my skin has become so much clearer. I wasn't having any breakouts and the painful hormone spots I usually get around my jaw had disappeared. Even my sister commented on how great my skin looked within just a few weeks of using these zinc tablets. Then, I accidentally left them at home when I went back to visit my family during uni. I thought it wouldn't matter too much if I didn't take the zinc tablets for 2 weeks......Oh how wrong I was!!!! Just over a week of not taking them and my skin had become more irritated and the breakouts were returning. I definitely think I have a zinc deficiency and it is probably caused by the lack of red meat in my diet. I can now confirm these tablets have made a MASSIVE difference to my skin's appearance and improved it drastically. Overall I am quite healthy; I eat well and enjoy regular exercise but these little beauties were doing a wonderful job at topping up my zinc levels. I can't wait to get home and start taking them again and would 100% recommend these to anyone who is considering it!!!

an essential, super cheap for what it is too

Good product. Works very well so long as you actually need zinc picolinate. I am a nutritional advisor and frequently recommend this product because it is good value. I don't like the fact that it has lots of fillers (most supplements do though unless you pay a higher price, but this one is great value). If this is the correct type of zinc for you then fillers are a small compromise. Zinc can be tricky to find the correct type (i.e. Piccolinate, gluconate etc) because everyone's biochemistry is different. Most people with any type of health issue will do well taking zinc, but if you find it does not do very much for you, try a different type such as gluconate. Personally I need to take 60mg per day currently, so I take 4 of these tablets. Older men may possibly need a very high dose. If you take too much though, it can give quite unpleasant side effects, so experiment with your dose and zinc type.

ive been suffering from a severe form of cystic acne for months after a long course of antibiotics it still persisted, had no clue this was all due to a lack of zinc in my diet so i tried this as its the most easily absorbable form of zinc and results spoke for themselves first day of taking it the acne stopped becoming inflamed, and it just got better from there. its only been 3 days but theres already a huge difference in my skin quality, its amazing what the immune system can do when it has the right vitamins and minerals, i highly recommend this for acne sufferers.

The thing I love about Oxford Vitality is the fact that they don't try and sell there products with lots of fancy packaging ablaze with fancy colours and big bold writing. The packaging is simple, the print on the package is basic but to the point and easy to understand and the tablets themselves are small and understated. But more importantly is that what they state is what you get and they work. And to finish all this off, they are made in the uk. I would thoroughly recommend Oxford Vitality products and will be buying from them again.

habe seit 30 Jahren immer wieder Herpes an der Lippe bekommen. Jeden Monat mindestens einmal.Alles ausprobiert, was da helfen könnte(Zahnpasta,Wärmestift,Zinksalben, Ernährung etc.)Zinktabletten nehme ich schon länger, aber zu schwach in der mg. Zufuhr. Dann habe ich mal gelesen, das mindestens 15mg helfen würden.Und siehe da....seit ich diese Dosis 15mg 1x täglich nehme, bekomme ich kein Herpes mehr !. Perfekt.Preislich auch völlig i.o. Würde Unsummen in der Apotheke bezahlen

Habe diese Tabletten vor länger Zeit schon mal bestellt gehabt und war sehr zufrieden. Da ich die Blutwerte immer wieder mal kontrollieren lasse, kann ich sagen, dass die Tabletten von meinem Körper sehr gut aufgenommen werden. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir jetzt wieder neue bestellt. Nebenwirkungen habe ich bisher keine feststellen können.

... es sind nicht 50 mg Zink, sondern 50 mg Zinkzitrat, was nur noch 15 mg Zink entspricht. Leider nicht entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Trotzdem vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her immer noch ordentlich.
