Does it work for the Verizon 8800l?

Yes, it works I suppose, but heed the warning about the plugs not inserting all the way. I broke my 8800L by forcing it.

Would this work with helium miners?

These antennas are not optimized for the USA Helium frequency (915 MHz).

The antennas cover all of the 3G/4G/LTE frequencies in the 698-960 & 1710-2700 MHz bands.

If i get this will i be able to pick up the wifi from my netgear nighthawk m1 mr1100 from my room instead of me having to be right next to the modem?

No. These antennas improve the reception of the cellular signal by the MR1100. The MR1100 does not have external antenna connectors for WiFi signals.
