Real Deal Take It To The Bank Italian Sausage
Born and raised in Manhattan and purchased Italian sausage from little Italy to Jersey over the years. Moved to Florida in 1971 and missed the local italian pork store and all the products they produced. Yes, many italian butchers have migrated south and produce decent product here,but it's the pork ,like the NY water for pizza, it's the process and the pork for this product. On my second order of 16lbs of sausage within two weeks...even the grind of the pork show cases through ! Keep the memories alive Frank and Sal

I expected a lot more flavor, to me It has a strange texture. I thought I was really gonna love this product but not so much.
