Moved to Florida in 1971 and missed the local italian pork store and all the products they produced. Yes, many italian butchers have migrated south and produce decent product here,but it's the pork ,like the NY water for pizza, it's the process and the pork for this product. I expected a lot more flavor, to me It has a strange texture. I thought I was really gonna love this product but not so much.

Quality ingredients and excellent taste. Goes good with peppers on a hoagie or just grilled up. Juicy!
