I purchased this Magnesium Cream for night-time use on my feet and legs. I have cramps happen at night - both in my toes and sometimes “shinsplint” type cramps and have to jump out of bed and flex my feet and hold that position until the cramping subsides. My doctor recommended trying a magnesium cream or lotion to see if it helped with those night time issues (it never happens during the day, but typically brought on by a stretch or movement in bed) - anyway, I read a bunch of reviews for various products and decided to go with this one. The jars is a nice, heavy jar and the product was filled to the lid. It doesn’t take more than a dab to apply to the feet and another day to each calf/leg. Very smooth and easy to apply - feels nice on the skin and doesn’t have a strong odor. I’ve been using it for a week and thus far, I have not been jarred out of bed due to the night time cramps!

I really like the rose smell! It makes my skin so soft and helps with my restless legs. I put it under my feet too, and then I pass out.

This is amazing! I have pain from hip and knee issues. Use this before bed and it helps immensely to reduce pain and sleep better.

It's sticky and smells weird. I really wanted to like this and ordered coz of the positive ratings but it's hard to look past the texture and smell.

This is a nice lotion. It spreads easily and is absorbed nicely. Smells nice, too. It feels nice while rubbing it on, and might help with pain slightly. But if it does, the effects don't last long. It is goid for massaging, though.

I have lived with Restless Leg Syndrome my whole life and although they only discovered this a few years ago, they put me on medication for it.I did have a tendency to wake up with really bad pain or cramping in my calves. Then I saw this and told my husband I would try it. I have to say that this cream is really amazing. Gets put on both my lower legs and calves every night and does not take long to dry. It is like putting on a miracle. I highly recommend this Magnesium Cream to anyone out there who may have a health problem or maybe just legs cramping. I am on my 3 or 4 th jar now.
