I have had this product before and they are good and easy to take. However this time I didn't receive d3 tablets but was sent a vape cartridge instead. ☹️

Tiny, easy to swallow tablets, no after taste, just one a day. Essential for building immunity and for good bone health, especially if you don't get much sunlight. These are combined with vitamin K2 to aid vitamin D3 absorption. Oxford vitality are excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

The tablets are small and very easy to swallow. I was happily surprised by that fact as other supplements the tablets are much bigger, they can become difficult to swallow and you are effectively taking extra bulking stuff with them that you don't really need. The level of vitamin D3 is quite high and very much in line with the recommendations I am starting to see around in relation to helping reduce your likelihood of Covid19 infection (you also obviously need to follow the rest of guidelines in relation to avoid infection and hopefully everyone else around is following them as well). Vitamin D is also recommended in general not just during these times. I highly recommend this product as it is very good value for money and the service was excellent. I am not in the UK and I did not have any issues with the delivery (no customs issues at all beyond the small fees).

Another supplement with mystifying life-extending qualities or just another attempt to prise money from your pocket? I had a number of knee surgeries and a TKR that then ruptured. D3 with K2 was recommended by a number of surgeons and I've been taking these every day for 2 years together with Omega 3. Knee is still crap but maybe it would be much worse without these? Time will tell.... Easy to swallow (small) I take 2 per day in accordance with NHS guidelines for an adult male.

Excellent. Great in the winter to top up your Vit D. Contains Vit K as well which helps you absorb the D correctly.

WARNING: This is the right one to buy. K2 is essential for the good distribution of calcium. Without K2 you will probably get calcium lumps in places calcium should not be. I got a lump in my foot and it took a month to disperse, and hurt a lot in the meantime. It follows that if you take the Oxford Vitamin D and Calcium combination (which is also to be found here on Amazon) you should use the K2 combination as well*, all the while keeping your total D intake correct. I recommend you don't ever take Vitamin D and Calcium pills without some K2. Having said that warning, I have nothing but praise for theser tablets. They are small, tasteless and they are correctly dosed. It means you can tweak your levels of D very accurately. And if you are someone who has D shortage - like I was - these pills will change your life - no exageration. D is a hormone, and if it is not present in correct levels a lot of nasty stuff will happen to you - especially your sleep will suffer and the consequences of that are very far reaching. I take these pills all winter starting in early November. I start at 4 per day, and when I feel the levels are right (usually about January), I cut it to two. I drop them altogether when the sun starts to shine and I got outside a good deal more, usually sometime in April (if we are lucky!) If you suspect you may have a D deficiency, don't buy the ones in the supermarket, buy these.
