One doesn’t use metal or plastic for caviar. Caviar spoons should be either mother of pearl or glass. A small metal spoon is a demitasse spoon and can be used for tea, coffee, espresso, sugar, ice cream or palate cleansing sorbet. **Q: Would these be good to cut off the handle and make a necklace?** A: I am not familiar with how the technique works to something of that nature but the metal on these is pretty pointed so it may be uncomfortable to wear as a necklace.
