I use it for purging pipework great bits of kit

Stiff thread makes it difficult to fit.

I had to use grips on the threaded section to stop the whole thing turning while i tightened the wing nut. It does seam to seal okay once in place. Not as good as the Bailey version which uses a nylon nut and has softer rubber.
