The oil came out brown, is it supposed to be? My experience with the full bottle is that it’s a clear liquid.

It has always been clear for me as well.

Can I apply it before doing gel on my nails ?

There's oil in it, so I don't think it would work. Gel polish is extremely drying and damaged my nails so you might go back to regular polish if you're having problems.
