I don't know if I am using it wrong, but it doesn't seem there would be a particular way to drink a cup of tea. But it has absolutely no effect. It tastes good, it's Pleasant aroma, that's about all I can say for it

I'm pleasantly surprised, I thought it might taste like hay, but the tea is a pale yellow like camomille and it does seem to have a soothing effect on respiratory function.
