Great that it was not a fiddly job. Remove the old one and put the new one in. The full force of the steam returned immediately.

It arrived safely and was just as expected

The steam facility on the iron had stopped working so we sent for these new inserts. However the steam facility still doesn't work.

Having had the steam generator for a few months now, it was starting to go a bit funny and i had forgotten all about the filters. Gave it a big clean out and ordered one of these and now its back to purring like it was when we first bought it. Expensive and have already identified a cheaper version to try but this OEM part is doing its job.
