Work well, cheaper this way that buying from your Audiologist
Some times can't remove the old cap from the hearing-aid, but a bit of playing around and you can do so. As small as they are, it is not anything other than a hinderance. Otherwise not a big problem just a frustration.

Excellent value for genuine product
Standard spares for my Phonak hearing aids, and are genuine product manufacturers product. Much better value for money than from my audiologist!
