My pups (a boerboel and a min pin) love Nylabones! They keep them both entertained for a while and last a decent amount of time. The reason I say "decent amount of time" is because the boerboel destroys basically everything in record time... However, this isn't surprising to me because they have the second strongest bite force (well over 600 lbs per square inch) of any dog. To put this into perspective for you: a Labrador has a bite force of about 120 psi and a rottweiller's is about 320 psi. So trust me, if it takes my guy weeks to destroy this bone, you should definitely give it a try with your dog. On a side note - if you have a large breed puppy like me (the boerboel is 6 months and 80ish lbs) this nyylabone is WAY too small for him. If my boy wanted to, he could easily swallow it.

I bought these bones for my 2 puppies. My dogs have been using them for about a month now and they love them. When we first started giving them the bones my dogs were 8 and 9 lbs, they are not almost 15 pounds and these bones are still great for the,. The dogs seem to prefer the chicken flavor over their other bones. One of my dogs is a pretty powerful chewer, and these have held up very well. I frequently check them to make sure there are no pieces that are loose or falling off and, so far, it has stayed completely in tact. I have no concerns about leaving these bones in the crate with my dogs when we leave the house, as they have been completely safe. Since using the bones, my dogs have cut down on chewing on other items. The bone is pretty firm, with a tiny bit give, it seems to sooth my teething dogs, providing them with something hard to chew on, but not so hard that it hurts them.

I LOVE these bones... or should I say that my dog LOVES these bones?!? :) I'm not sure what is different about this Nylabone verses others, but this puppy bone is always a favorite, yet others don't even get a second glance. We started getting these bones when our dog was a pup but have continued getting them because they are such a great babysitter. When company comes over and the dog is interrupting or being a nuisance I know exactly what to do... go get this bone! It is the perfect babysitter because it keeps her undivided attention for long periods of time. However, I noticed that our older dog has a strong jaw and although she gives it undivided attention too, she also destroys it quickly. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this for a strong jawed dog - I don't think their size/poundage matters, just their jaw power. ;) I bought one of these recently for a family member when they got a new dog and they've had the same experience as I've had. This bone is their dogs favorite toy or bone!! You can't beat the price if you've got Amazon Prime - it's an add-on item! :) *** Update.... STILL lovin' these bones!!!!

My 16 week-old puppy loves to chew. Duh. If she were a superhero, her name would be Captain Chew-a-lot. If she were a beer-maker, her name would be Chewy McChewmeister. If she were a billboard, it would read `CHEW.' You get it. That being said, she loves these Nylabones! She will spend at least an hour chewing on a fresh, chicken-flavored Nylabone before she gets bored (or has to go on a potty walk). In that hour, she does some serious work. She can chew off about ¼ of the bone. I've noticed that she is not as interested in the bone once she has chewed it down to ¾ or ½. I am also a little nervous about her chewing on a smaller piece, but I make sure that she is not running around with it in her mouth. Overall, I will keep buying these bones even though she can chew through them quickly. The Nylabone Flexi-Chew is the way to go for my teething puppy. She has no interest in the Dura-Chew bones. The next time, I will buy the Wolf size so that it will last longer...I think.

did not realize that this was edible . Nylabone has great products, They are the only bones I buy for my yorkies. they obviously Liked this because it disappeared quickly , but I don't give them these types of treats, I spent all night worried that they would get sick, bone is a good size, but they didn't . Only giving it a low rating based on the fact that I didn't know it was edible

I brought my pup a Puppy Nylabone when we first got him. It was a great alternative because he was learning to bite the furniture. The Puppy Nylabone actually smells like a flavor while the Dura Nylabone doesn't. Once my pup started to lose his baby teeth I still gave the Puppy Nylabone to him because his gum hurts a lot during this process. So it's nice to have something he can gnaw on for this time period. Once his adult teeth started showing up, about over 50% I immediately had to take this Puppy Nylabone away from him because he was starting to bite bigger junks off. We switch to the Dura Nylabone which took him a while to adjust because it didn't smell like anything even though the package stated that it's bacon flavor. Overall I think this product is great for Puppies' chewing needs! I actually like this better than their Dura products. This is a must buy for any new puppy owners or new puppies in your home!!

No, I did not buy the "puppy pack," thankfully. INITIAL REVIEW: While my puppy, at the time, loved this, it was too easily eaten. I don't think I am the only person who has had a puppy with impressively sharp teeth. I do not want my pets ingesting plastic no matter how "easily" the pieces might pass, as described by Nylabone. Also, the edges became very jagged which collected dog hairs or anything else where he dragged it to play with. In my case, this included carpet fibers.

My 15 week old puppy LOVES this Nylabone. They are the perfect remedy to calm her down at the end of the night or I'll hand it to her while my husband and I are eating dinner. Highly recommend this product (5 stars) and this price is soooo much lower than any retail store out there. One down fall is that she eats one bone in a two days (I only give her it at night time) - will try Nylabone's other products to see if they are longer lasting.

My puppy is teething and he loves this toy. He has been chewing on it for a week and it is holding up quite well with little teeth marks everywhere.

My mini schnauzer loves it. We bought it a few months ago and it is still in good condition.

This worked well as a teething toy when our dog was younger and gave her something appropriate to chew on during the puppy chewing phase. The size was suitable for a young puppy and the texture seemed to keep her interested without being too hard on developing teeth. The chicken flavouring probably helped keep it more appealing than a plain chew toy as well. Like most puppy toys, especially in a house with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, I never expected it to last forever, but it held up reasonably well for its intended purpose and provided plenty of entertainment while it was around. For teething puppies it's a solid option and did exactly what I wanted it to do.
