We noticed the brushes and combs we were using had small chips in so her hair was getting caught and causing pain and breakage. So to google i went searching for the perfect combs and brush for a pain free hair brush in the mornings. It came up with a few which i will also be reviewing. This brush is quite scratchy but it does the job of smoothing her hair to put in a ponytail bun for gymnastics she hasn't complained so far of it hurting. Being a denman is it great quality. Its not too big or heavy but just the perfect size for when she wants to brush her own hair and it has been leaving her hair with an amazing shine.
