They are hard on the outside but soft in the centre and have a good strong mint flavour. I had always thought that the name Mint Imperial was a brand name but then found that there were several manufacturers - these from Glisten come out tops in texture and flavour. A big bag like this will last a long time but they keep extremely well in an air-tight container and give excellent value for money.
