Had horrendous PI-IBS-D for a month, nothing I tried was helping. Within two days this slowed everything down and eased the tummy discomfort. Enormously impressed so I bought another tube for just incase.

Helped with my gut issues. Find it easier opening my bowels now. Easy to take in water or juice. Literally a tasteless gel. Have ordered a few times.

After a lingering "dodgy" stomach that didn't clear up in the usual timeframe, I did a little googling and settled on this. Whilst the texture in water is a bit gross, if you are ill you overcome it. It worked and I felt better the next day. I have used it twice after extended upsets, I haven't yet used it early on in an episode, however, I have since found out that my brother also uses this and he uses it more quickly than I do and he finds it works for him too.

I recently tried the Enterosgel IBS Relief Gel Tube (oral intestinal adsorbent) and honestly it was a 1-star experience for me. It’s meant to help with IBS symptoms like diarrhoea and bloating by binding substances in the gut, and while I understand the idea behind it, I just didn’t get on with it at all. It feels awkward to take—the gel texture isn’t pleasant, and mixing or swallowing it isn’t as simple as I expected. More importantly, I didn’t notice any real improvement in my symptoms. It either felt like it did nothing, or the effects were so inconsistent that I couldn’t rely on it. For something that’s supposed to make a noticeable difference, that was really disappointing. It’s also quite expensive for what it is, especially if you’re expected to use it regularly. Overall, it just didn’t live up to the claims for me—unpleasant to use, not very effective, and not worth the cost.

This is great if you ate something terrible and are having stomach aches or pains. Works well as a hangover cure too.

I’ve purchased this product from multiple sellers and so I am reviewing it for each seller.. it definitely works, firstly. I have had a few stomach issues, IBS, SIBO, and just general gut dysfunction… this stuff does seem to help take whatever may be effecting my stomach and intestinal lining out, and does so very gently. I always feel more regular after taking it (for just a couple of days even) and I think it also helps to clear a bit of junk from the rest of my system. This was originally recommended to me by a myo-facial massage therapist, to clear excess lymphatic “build up” (I don’t know how to explain it but you can look it up, I trust her so I decided to try it)… and I will continue getting this every so often when I sense there is something in my gut that doesn’t seem like it belongs. It’s not a cure all if you are eating a bunch of foods that don’t match your constitution or the season or temperature, it’s good to start there… but for mold, bacterias, and other organisms that have been picked up or stuff that needs to come out, I think this is a good gentle option.
