An absolutely fantastic product. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type III / Joint Hyermobility syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I suffer regular intense muscle spasm and cramps all over my body. My calves are s tight evey morning and hurt all day. This took the pain away. I have regular severe muscle spasms in my shoulder and up my neck and this stopped it in its tracks. I highly recommend this product for anyone suffering muscle spasms, cramps or musculoskeletal issues. It also helps with informational and the pain that comes from inflammation. Another good point to make is that it doesn't feel like the magnesium gel which I feel leaves a strange unpleasant residue on your skin. This i a fantastic moisturiser as well as a way of getting magnesium into your system. It smells fantastic and soaks in like a dream. I have been an Amazon buyer for years and have never left a review. This product absolutely deserves one. I also Highly recommend the magnesium bath flakes and I will be trying the shower gel too. One request for the manufacturer, please make a bigger bottle or a tub. I would happily buy this in bulk. Thank you for a great Product. This has helped so much with my pain levels. Oh my word, I soooo wish I’d have found this before now!! I read about it helping with restless legs syndrome, so thought I’d buy some to try. I have since bought my Mum and sister both some, we all suffer with RLS - it’s awful, needing to move your legs and arms when you’re feeling tired. When friends were round (before lockdown) and I started to get RLS - moving my limbs erratically and not being able to control it was so embarrassing. It put me off inviting people round or going to theirs for a relaxed dinner or a movie night etc - now I would feel like I could!! For some reason it seemed to have gotten worse through lock down. I ordered this and wow! It gets rid of it - really helps and gives relief. I sometimes get cramp in my toes and legs. I haven’t had cramp in my legs since using this, but don’t put it on my feet. I started to get cramp in my toes - so put some on and it took it away instantly!! Usually it would be a good 30 mins of intermittent cramp in my toes and foot!! Would definitely recommend this product. It’s a little sticky but once it soaks in it’s fine - the benefits far outweigh a little stickiness! If you have RLS or cramp - don’t think about it, just get it 👍🏻

I ordered this by mistake - I meant to order Magnesium Oil but the order for the oil could not be processed and I ended up re-ordering the cream in error. Product goes on well, rubs in fairly well, and seems to have some effect though probably no as good as the oil. The vanilla smell however was too much for me and I won't be using it again. After 6 hours and several hand washes the smell is still there. The description says the scent is Shea Butter, Coconut - but Vanilla seems to overpower this.

I have only given this product 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First of all, it should be in a pot and not a bottle. It is almost impossible to squeeze out because it is too thick and takes a long time to rub into the skin. I am going to have to cut the bottle open and put it into an old pot of cream. Secondly, it smells so strongly of shea butter that it is overpowering and gives me a headache even though I put it on my legs so as not to be near my nose! The other thing is that it doesn't tell you how much to use on the skin on a daily basis to enjoy the benefits... should it be a lot or a little? What is the RDA? Overall, not impressed. Have no idea if it works or not, but won't be buying again.

Very nice lotion ... smooth, but not too thick. Excellent for dry skin in general, in addition to the benefit of the Magnesium.

I bought this after reading that we all lack magnesium, plus I have been suffering from bad muscles for years and not sleeping well recently. I've been putting it on my shoulders and neck morning and night for the past 3 and a half weeks and I have to say it does seem to be helping, both with my muscles and with not sleeping. It's the difference in my sleep that is amazing. There is nothing else that I've done to help this, but I am definitely sleeping better so it has to be the lotion. Obviously it may not help everyone in this way, but it's certainly helped me. I also suffer from dry eyes and, although I take Omega 3 every day, which as helped this, they are masses better than normal and I can only think that, again, it's down to the lotion. I shall definitely be buying more once this bottle is finished.

Pleased with it but beware it is thick and lies a bit on the skin. Done wear with your best fabrics

Helps cramp, poor circulation, swollen arthritic knees. It is a thick lotion. You need to take the lid off and put a little on to your affected part and rub in.

The product is great, but I don't like that Amazon DE does not provide an option to choose a carrier. Several times I had problems receiving packages - either they are very late or I don't get a notification and the package does not come to my house, but I have to go an pick it up from a post office.
