ProDen PlaqueOff 40g Dental Powder for Cats - 100% Natural, 4-Month Supply

Sooooooooooo good and gives me relief, currently my cat Cosmo is now 10 months old, and I didn’t want him having yellowy teeth, he’s growing his adult teeth now, I want him to be vicious, handsome and goes well with his food with a good mix. No complains at all! I’d say suitable for all pets and my cat. Cleaning performance is perfectly good and the scent smells like. A Horse. If you ever went to a farm, ya’d know. I made him no fusspuss, this is exceptional! Phenomenal! Buying again and again.

Have been using this to add to my cats dry food to help with clearing the plaque off their teeth. I cannot add to wet food as they dont touch it, but mixed in with dry and they eat away. It definitely helps. The vet visit last year mentioned one of my cats had a build up of plaque, the other didnt. I used this and it has cleared away. Have to use it regularly or the plaque builds back up again. A little goes a long way and it was 9 months before I needed to buy my second pot. Would definitely recommend.

Recommended by my vet to buy this as my elderly cat’s teeth have plaque. It seems expensive for a tiny pot of powder but when you see the size of the very tiny scoop that is included you realise the powder will last a long time. I add a spoonful every morning to my cat’s food, but she obviously doesn’t like the taste as when it’s added to wet food she seems to eat around it. I have tried mixing it into the wet food but she then hardly eats any. So I now sprinkle it amongst her dried food and that has done the trick as the dish is cleared every day. We have to be as crafty as our cats sometimes! As for whether it is reducing the plaque on her teeth, I am sorry but no way am I risking opening my cat’s mouth to check, she clamps her jaws and if I try to pull them apart she gets agitated! So the vet can check that next time we visit! The review asks for my views on taste, well I am not even going to try that, so you have to take my cat’s reaction to it! ! To summarise, as my vet recommended this I am sure the product will reduce the plaque and despite the size of the container I do think it’s good value for money.

I am not sure if it helps as I have only just started putting it on the cat’s wet food and also their biscuits. They are eating their food okay so I just hope it helps to reduce plaque forming. You only need a small amount so I think it will last about 4/5 months for my three cats.

Had high hopes for this but unfortunately cannot comment on its efficacy as I discovered my cat has an allergy to it - she became extremely itchy and the itching stopped when I stopped sprinkling it on her food. Just commenting this as a warning to cat owners who have a cat with allergies or digestion issues - you might want to be cautious using this powder or at least monitor your cat for the first week in case they are intolerant.

(Photo taken 1 month after stopping ProDen.) I put my cat on the chews for a year without improvement on her gums. Then tried the powder, which seemed to improve her red gums. However a week or so into the powder, she had diarrhoea for the first time. I immediately stopped giving the powder to her as I had seen other reviewers warning about this reaction from their cats. Her diarrhoea continued 2 more days followed by a couple weeks of constipation. She was on a special diet before she could poop normally again. Because of her diarrhoea, I decided to not even go back to the chews and finally gave tooth brushing a try. It turns out my cat tolerates that quite well and loves the taste of the toothpaste. I saw immediate improvement on her gums and wished I had started with tooth brushing instead of this supplement. A new observation a month after stopping ProDen: her coat is back to the rich colours she used to have and looks much healthier. I never understood why it became dull, rusty and dry. Now, I've connected the dots that it could possibly be from starting her on the chews a year ago (Google search seems to confirm). Her black fur is velvety now and her white also looks brighter and cleaner. It also seems like her coat is softer.

I have 8 Persian and 1 Scottish Fold cats, and after spending a lot on cat toothpaste while trying to brush their teeth with my finger, (without loosing any) I skeptically decided to try Plaque Off Powder. I bought the small tube just in case it turned out to be another disappointment, but I am pleasantly surprised that it has actually been effective after just one week of use. Their breath is no longer foul, and the plaque seems to be coming off, making their teeth look much cleaner. The powder is not gritty and can be mixed into both dry and wet food. It includes a very convenient small scoop, so I don’t have to worry about measuring it out. Although this product may seem pricey, it’s a better option than spending thousands on dental work (especially for me, living in central London where pets dental costs are quite high). I’m really happy that I decided to try this product, and I’m looking forward to getting the larger tub in my next order.

Ich benutze die Chews zwischendurch als Abwechslung zum Pulver, so als kleines Leckerli zwischendurch. Wird super akzeptiert, komplett gegessen und sowohl der Mundgeruch, als auch die Ablagerungen an den Zähnen sind weniger geworden. Kann ich nur empfehlen, ist ein guter Snack für die Katzis ohne das schlechte Gewissen, dass es ungesund ist oder ich die Zähne nicht putzen kann.

Efficace pour atténuer le tartre qui s'accumule sur les dents du chat. Les croquettes "croquent" sous les dents et ainsi, de part leur contenu naturel, elles favorisent l'élimination de ce tartre petit à petit. Il faut être patient, Paris ne s'est pas fait en un jour, eh bien là c'est identique. Je constate une très nette amélioration sur les dents du petit dernier pour qui je les ai achetées, elles ont changées de couleur et deviennent plus blanche. De plus, elles sont appétantes et le chat en raffolent.
