Their customer service is top notch
Edit: The customer service is excellent and they sent me a new flavor to try. I'm happy to say the Strawberry Watermelon is a yummy flavor. And does give a little energy spike. I found it to be just enough energy and it didn't effect my sleep at night at all. The blueberry flavor is disgusting, but the other two flavors aren't bad. I originally purchased this as it said it helps with energy. I didn't experience any energy boost, so that was a bust, but as an electrolyte drink it works.

taste is a bot off. a little aftertaste that could be improved. does not immediately dissolve but mixes fine when you shake the container.

Stuff works great and tastes good
After suffering horrible cramps on a hike in the heat that left me in a dangerous situation, I decided that I needed a good electrolyte powder that I could pack in my bag and take with me. I needed something without sugar because I am on a low carb diet. This stuff seems to meet all my requirements. I am using it after intensive gym workouts and during long hikes. It is working because I have no more cramping and it tastes good too. My only complaint about the stuff is the price. It is very expensive.

Made me so nauseous
I had high hopes for this because of how simple the ingredients are but it’s not very good. Ot makes me so nauseous and It doesn’t dissolve in water no matter how much you mix it, it smells bad and the taste is ok. It stains my bottle with the powder that isn’t dissolved. I would not recommend this. Seems like the product was rushed being made.
