As I stated in the headline, you start to expel lumps of mucus within hours. You’ll need a tissue handy to spit in.I have previously used Vogel’s Ivy Thyme complex which is also excellent, but I think this works quicker.I’m not keen on liquorice , and does have a strong liquorice flavour, but it’s medicine, so one shouldn’t complain.Excellent product. Highly recommended.

Stopped the mucus coughing
This is an excellent product for a person that has a lot of mucus and finds themselves coughing a lot. It stopped most of the symptoms with one drink per day. If you find this isn't so them try two drinks a day and see if this helps you. We find it to be really good. It has a strong taste of the ivy but just add more water and this helps.
