Bought this outdoor furniture through Amazon after a bit of research of local furniture stores. Great value for the money and it's quality. I did however, received a damaged part when pulling things out of the box. I reported this damaged part that day and they responded very quickly after submitting pictures of the damage. I had the replacement part at my door in about 5 days. Installation: It is very time consuming but not difficult. I suggest using lock-washers on some of the bolts to simplify it's tightening. Also, I recommend using your own tools because the tools that are supplied are not user friendly.
