Dermaharmony 5% Sulfur 2% Salicylic Acid Shampoo Bar for Dandruff (4 oz)

So I have the misfortune of having a super oily sensitive scalp traditional treatments actually made the flaking and burning and itching worse because most contain sulfates (sls or sles) and I have developed a sensitivity to that. This product treats scalp fungus overgrowth as well as flake buildup and controls oil all while being sulfate free. This product is life changing. Personally I am very sensitive to scents and smells and this really has very little or zero scent. I use it every 3 days while using another non medicated sulfate free shampoo and after the second wash I had zero flakes and itching I am a customer for life.

It's now April of 2026 & it JUST NOW broke up into pieces. It will easily last me another month so I legit only spent $13 on shampoo for an entire year! I developed psoriasis on my scalp within the last couple years but it was carefully managed with multiple other products. However when I got pregnant, it got SO much worse, I'm assuming due to hormones. My scalp was itchy, red & raw, I often scratched myself until I bled. Then I saw this & thought "hey, if it doesn't work, it's only $13." When I first got it, I expected it to burn since I had open scratches on my scalp, but nope! Immediately got better, & i absolutely love that clean, almost medical fragrance free smell (not sulphuric at all, in my opinion). I only wash my hair once a week, & after several weeks of using it I accidentally used a different shampoo (Shea moisture) & the itchy flakiness IMMEDIATELY returned. I have not made that mistake since. Like I said I only wash my hair once per week because that's how my hair tolerates shampoo, but it is extremely clarifying so if you wash your hair everyday I would still only use this once a week (maybe every 2 weeks if you dont have any scalp issues). Will repurchase for as long as they're in business!!!!

I've been using this bar for a few weeks and it has really helped finally clear up my seborrheic dermatitis. I've been using a perscription 2% ketaconazole shampoo, T Sal salicylic acid shampoo from Neutrogena, and glycolic acid toner from The Ordinary but I still had little pimples/breakouts/flares. This bar cleared everything right up after using every other day alternating with the ketaconazole shampoo. It smells like peppermint (only slightly like sulfur when it is wet) and lathers really well. I like that it includes salicylic acid, because now I have one less product to use! It is drying, so pair it with conditioner. I also bought the bottle version for travel but that doesn't lather, smells like sulfur, and leaves a powder in your hair and the bottom of your shower/tub. Definitely go with this bar! It's a better cost per use too.

No more itching, no more flaking, no more scalp dryness. It's super affordable, takes up no space in my shower, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Seriously this is miracle-level good for some very persistent scalp issues! Tried all the other commercial products including Ketoconazole shampoo, this little bar is what finally worked.

I was using 10% sulfur and 5% silicic acid play switched to some Dead Sea so with conditioners and try this after my scalp condition got better to reduce the drying effect

I have had issues with an itchy scalp for many years. This is the only shampoo bar I have found that relieves the itch. Since I've been using it I haven't had any scalp issues. The bar is a nice size, is easy to use, and lathers up well. I'm very happy with it and will continue to use this brand.
