Teak Oil for Outdoor Furniture, 170 Oz – Outdoor Wood Oil & Sealer for Teak, Acacia, Oak & More, Helps Restore Weathered Wood and Protect Against Drying, Easy to Apply

We used this teak oil on our outdoor wood and were really happy with the results. It was easy to apply, absorbed nicely into the wood, and brought back a richer, refreshed look without making it feel overly coated. I also like that the large container gives you plenty of product for bigger outdoor projects. Our furniture looks so much better after using it. Definitely a great choice for maintaining and refreshing outdoor wood!

This is a follow up to my first review as I’ve purchased a larger 64oz container. This is not like a lacquer or other clear coat type of product you see on most indoor wood furniture and for that reason if you get too much in an area or other issue, you can just wipe it off and let it dry. The ease of you is phenomenal and im 65 years old. I’ve also included pics of previous projects. I’ve moved chairs into my garage as it’s raining outside and the chair that’s shown in the last photo was just completed. I’m letting it dry and after 1 hour I’ll wipe off the excess teak oil and it’s done, beautiful. As a kid I’d refinish the teak on large boats just coming out of dry storage in MN. As I grew older I began to appreciate the value of teak both in its strength and in its resistance to Mother Nature. I have tried many products from Minwax to that what’s actually called Teak Oil. I have never found a product like Nordicare. As a 65 year old cynic, I’ve researched a ton of products and have used over a dozen but the ease of application and the end finish is better than I’ve ever experienced. First you need to make sure than any other finishes are removed either through sanding or through the use of the green scotchguard pads. This product is extremely thin and a little bit goes a long way. I used a sponge and there was little waste and any over runs were quickly absorbed. It’s not a shiny finish more so, a nice natural teak glow that not only repels water but it looks as good today as it did when it was first applied. Definitely the go to product for getting beautiful and long lasting results. .

This Nordicare wood oil is fantastic. It goes on smoothly, absorbs well, and instantly refreshes tired outdoor furniture. The finish looks rich and natural—not shiny or artificial—and it really brings out the grain in the wood. After applying it, my patio pieces look protected and revived, and water now beads right off the surface. It’s easy to use, smells pleasant for an oil, and a little goes a long way. Excellent quality and perfect for keeping outdoor wood looking its best.

I like this product and it’s easy to use. I am deducting a star because it was delivered banged up and dented all over the can. The shipping box was fine so it was very mishandled before the shipping process. Thankfully it didn’t leak all over.

Dry time doesn’t take long, good coverage, made my swing look like new.

I needed to use a teak cleaner first, since the table had a heavy black coating. Once clean this product worked well. I used 3 coats, used most of can on a 36 inch by 63 inch table. Pour from the corner of the can when removing product from can otherwise it is a mess. Product is nearly water thin making it easy to apply with paint brush. Finished product looks good. Would buy again.

I prefer spray rather than brush application and I’m quite pleased with the outcome.

This is a VERY thin oil-based product. If your project is something you want to shine then multiple coats will be required; for non-priority projects (e.g., underside of furniture) then this product is OK. But if a better look is required it likely is best to go with a more expensive product that has more oil in it.

Se nota desde la primera aplicación. Recomendable para madera que va estar en exterior. Se ve mejor las vetas de la madera.

Great product, easy to apply, soaks in well and enhances the wood appearance.

I’ve already used this product, great finish but expensive and not lasting long. Parcel recieved on delay, no follow up by the vendor. Parcel damaged (still usable) but not adequately protected for shipment (single carton). Finally, one can was unsealed (returned product sent to me?)

Parfait , incolore , sèche assez vite et sans odeur, par contre le bouchon ( faite plus simple ! )
