Review: Relief for ganglion cyst ("bible bump") in wrist - This product fits well, and with the design it seems like it would fit just as well, and tighten to your comfort level, even if your wrists were quite large or small. I have been suffering with a recurring ganglion cyst for over a year in my wrist, and this provided immediate relief. The compression seems to help keep wrist from bending too often or far, and also seems to have helped the cyst begin to lessen (fluid dissipates into surrounding tissue like when you crack your fingers) after wearing through the night one time. I write this review because so few seem to mention the same issue I have. I do not like the idea of having surgery on such a delicate part of my body, and I have a feeling this, along with stretching and strengthening exercises, will help me recover without surgery. Thank you!
