Wonderful for back pain sufferers. This mattress is more amazing than I thought it would be!
This Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress is more amazing than we thought it would be! We moved into a new home and really needed to get a new mattress for our children, we also did not want to break the bank. I also really wanted to get a new mattress for our bed because of my back. A friend of ours recommend a mattress similar to this one because it helped her back pain and that is what I searched for on Amazon. I came across this mattress and read all of the reviews. They were very positive with lots of detail. Many reviewers that suffer with back and neck pain had positive results with this mattress and that helped me to make a choice. So, we decided to buy a few of these mattress and also one for us, we are more than happy we did! This has got to be the softest and most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! It is soft but, firm enough not to make my back hurt. I have not slept this good since before my back injury. My husband also loves this mattress and has not complained once, he sleeps better on this mattress as well. Our kids just love it! They are so happy and thrilled with it! They love the way it feels and have also slept very well on it. Having a mattress that would help me sleep better was very important to me as well as the price. I suffer from 2 failed lower back surgeries and also a cervical surgery and sleeping has always been difficult for me. I am up a few times a night because the pain wakes me or I just can’t get comfortable. I have purchased many different kinds of pillows and foam toppers to help me feel better and get a better nights sleep, they have helped to a certain degree but, nothing has compared to this mattress. Not that I am pain free, nor will I ever be but, I am at least sleeping better and not waking up as frequently. I find that I sleep better on a softer bed than a harder one. I tend to get even more back pain when the bed is too hard. So, if you should need a mattress that is on the hard side this might not work because it is on the softer side. The mattress was delivered rolled up and wrapped in plastic. We followed the instructions and unrolled the mattress which is completely flat, then we took off the plastic shrink wrapping and the mattress then started to expand. (Some reviewers stated that there was a slight odor and yes, there is, but it is nothing that bad and does go away after you let the mattress breath.) We allowed the mattress to expand and air out for 72 hours before we placed it on the bed frame. At this point the mattress was completely full and there was no odor. It is wonderful that there is no box spring needed, you just put it ontop of your framed bed. We put the sheets on and went to sleep! This really is the best mattress I have ever slept on and owned. I could not be happier and so is the rest of my family. The price is just amazing! If you are thinking of purchasing this mattress I would highly recommend it, especially for back/neck issues.

Perfect
This mattress is perfect. I ordered a Queen size. All my life I've slept on spring/coil mattresses and have grown to really hate them as I age because the springs cause more pain than they do anything else. When I saw this mattress and it's affordable price (budget friendly) I wanted to give it a try and get away from the 21-year-old spring mattress that I have been sleeping on. This mattress is packaged in a large, heavy box and wrapped in plastic. It unrolls after you pull the plastic off and then unfolds. Once I had all the plastic off of the mattress it started to fluff up and was the full 10" within 3 hours. I was able to sleep on it the same night it arrived. There is a slight "new" smell that has been on every memory foam mattress topper I've bought, so this, of course, will go away in a few days and isn't too strong or overwhelming. Actually, this mattress is pretty light compared to the old spring mattress I have and found it to not be a problem putting it on the frame by myself. I do want to note this mattress is firm but not painful firm like a spring mattress that causes so much pain from coils that poke into your joints and body as you sleep. This mattress is firm at first but once you settle in the foam contours to your body and makes it very comfortable to sleep. Generally, I have trouble sleeping on anything firm, like my old mattress, even at 21 years of use, it is so firm that it feels the same as day 1 (painful and like sleeping on a slab of concrete). I have 2 back injuries and laying down on my back or stomach is very painful. Mostly I am a side sleeper but even then on a spring mattress, I wake up several times a night from either my shoulders and hips hurting so badly that I can barely roll over to the other side without feeling like my bones are shattering, but my arm falls asleep. It is hard for me to get comfortable on my old mattress and I wake up in more pain than I went to sleep in. WIth this mattress, I can lay down and quickly settle, even on my back without waking up in severe pain or with my arm falling asleep. In fact, I can sleep a whole night comfortably and wake up without pain. I'm amazed by that and know now that it is the mattress that caused so much pain all these years to my already painful bones. On all the mattress toppers I've had before, and there have been many, they all slept hot. I'd wake up even in winter sweating and with this mattress, I don't wake up sweating. It actually feels cool and comfortable. I really can't say enough good things about this mattress. It is light to move around and even on a platform bed frame, I can't feel the metal underneath. It feels like I am sleeping on a cloud. My bones don't ache anymore from sleeping and I am not waking up multiple times a night in pain. And I don't really like firm mattresses anymore, not after my old nightmare mattress that felt like sleeping on concrete. But this one is much different from being on a spring mattress and is also firm but very comfortable. Pros: Light to move around Thick enough not to feel the metal bed frame on a platform frame Firm but not something you sink into or are uncomfortable on. Contours to the body and feels like sleeping on a marshmallow. Same thickness as a traditional spring mattress, 10" of softness and no springs Good quality Sleeps cool, not hot Has a zippered cover that is plush and soft 2 people can sleep on this mattress and not feel each other move or get up Did I mention it feels like sleeping on a marshmallow? Cons: 0 If you haven't tried this mattress yet and are in the market for a budget-friendly (could even sleep with it on the floor if you don't have a frame and be comfortable), firm yet very cozy, good quality mattress, this is the one. I am happy to have found this mattress and would recommend it to everyone looking for an upgrade from spring mattresses. I'll never go back to another spring mattress again. Not even my son (almost 3 years old) sleeps on a spring mattress. My son sleeps on a much smaller version of this mattress, of a different brand (Graco crib mattress) but still feels the same firmness (comfortable as well) and he sleeps the night through.

Get this bed. What are you waiting for? Quality, affordability and comfort
EDIT: 20 month post purchase update (original review below)- So far so good. I felt like this mattress has a little more “give” where I sleep. I’m not the kind of person who sleeps all over the bed. I sleep in one spot. So, when I moved to my new home, I turned it around and it has solved the problem. The area where I slept before shows no signs of the “give.” I sleep alone, so I don’t know how it affects couples. I’m 5’3”, 165lbs (160cm, 75Kg). I do recommend a mattress protector only because of the porous fabric. I learned this on the night of the pukies from my three-year-old daughter. In other news, I recommended this mattress to a friend and she bought it. She sleeps more soundly than she did on her innerspring mattress. I have added the photos from when we unzipped and let the mattress decompress. SHE LOVES IT. She says she read the conflicting reviews, but decided it was worth it because I wouldn’t shut up about it. If she only gets a few years out of it, she still thinks it’s a worthwhile investment because her sleep is so much better and her aches and pains are about gone. Her FitBit has shown a much better sleep pattern. Almost two years later and I’m still in love with this mattress and the frame I bought to go with it. I waited to write this review after having this mattress for about six months. I like to have a product a while before writing a review. When this bed arrives, it comes in a box that is about 18"x 18"x 48". That's an estimated size by memory. You pull the bed out and lay it out. It comes compressed and folded in half. Then, check for the zipper on the bed. Make sure that is on the bottom and open the plastic. The bed begins to decompress. Let it decompress for 24-48 hours. I let it decompress for 48 hours because I was moving into a new apartment and I had the time to do it. I put it on the Home Life Cloth Light Beige Cream Linen 51" Tall Headboard Platform Bed with Slats Queen - Complete Bed 5 Year Warranty Included 008 Home Life Cloth Light Beige Cream Linen 51" Tall Headboard Platform Bed with Slats Queen Bed and it looks amazing. Pros: Comfort! It does NOT sleep hot. I don't feel myself tossing and turning at night. I lay there, and I sink in, but not too much. It doesn't take too much effort to move like some lower density mattresses. Sheets do not slip off and they hold really well, so that's a big plus. The soft fabric covering the mattress holds sheets well and the stitched in pattern does not bleed through on white sheets. When I sit on the edge to play my guitar, it's the perfect height and my back feels great- better than any chair. Cons: I see a lot of reviews about the smell. I have a hyper sense of smell. The chemical smell dissipated in a few hours. I did not detect it at all after about six hours. Get the plastic the mattress came in out of your house if you don't want the smell lingering. The mattress is heavy, but that just indicates the quality of the product. Besides, all mattresses are heavy unless they are full of air. When it's cold, the bed becomes harder. When its hot, the bed is softer. Keep that in mind when adjusting the temp of the room. And when I say cold, I'm talking 35 degrees F. I left the heat off when I went out of town and the bed was denser than usual when I got back. I warmed up the room and it went quickly back to normal. On hot nights it is softer. I doubt you're sleeping in freezing temps, so this isn't a big deal. All in all, this thing is a great buy. I'm glad that Amazon has made it as a recommended product. It's comfortable and priced well. The queen sized one works well with a slat bed and after six months has continued to provide a restful night sleep. I'll try to remember to give it another review at the one year mark.

Firm mattress, but happy with purchase
Is it firm? Is it plush? That was my dilemma while researching for my first ever online purchase of a mattress. This is a gamble I took because I did not want to shell out $1000 for a mattress that I may not need in a year. I tried out lots of mattresses at many mattress stores just so I could get some sort of an idea what I may be getting myself into. I wanted plush, but in the end I'm happy with what I got. Let me make your decision a little easier by comparing this mattress to a Tempurpedic mattress. I thought all the Tempurpedics (including the Cloud series) were way too firm. This mattress feels very soft when you touch it or press your hand into the mattress (Tempurpedics felt like bricks). HOWEVER, once you lie down on it, it feels firm overall. It does NOT give you the sinking feeling, weird right? Maybe because the weight gets evenly distributed when you lie down so that softness isn't as apparent anymore (guess that means good support), but in any case I am happy with this purchase. For the price - you can't complain. I would say maybe this is slightly less firm than a Tempurpedic, so if you want something more plush then try another brand. If you're okay with a little firmer feel (but not like a brick) then purchase this. Other considerations - it came rolled up and like others have already said it had a chemical smell to it initially. I let it air out for 2 days before sleeping on it and it pretty much inflated to 10" (about 9.5"). It does seem like a corner or two may not be at the exact level height as the mattress as a whole, but that doesn't matter to me. I mean, will 0.5" really make a difference? Will I ever attempt to sleep on the very corner edge and realize that I'm not level with the rest of my body? I doubt it. In either case, yours may not inflate all the way up to exactly 10" but honestly, I don't know if I would feel/know the difference. Just my thoughts on the matter, good luck!

Comfortable and Great
This mattress is comfortable, supportive, and easy to set up. It expanded quickly after opening and provides a great balance of softness and support for a good night’s sleep. Great quality for the price—I’m very happy with it!

About the most cost effective mattress you could ask for!
I made sure and waited for a little while before I wrote this review. I bought this mattress and built a slat frame to support it (no box spring) about 4 months ago and have been pleased with the results thus far. And at 250$ total investment including the lumber, it was about the cheapest new mattress option I could find, which helps with the budget for sure. However, I find it quite comfortable. It is different if you haven't slept on a memory foam/slat setup before, as there is no bounce at all and it takes some work to roll over. However that has not bothered me. I am a graduate student, and have had a very inconsistent sleep schedule to say the least, especially since I also have sleep apnea. I've also went to bed with a stiff/sore back a few times and not had any pain the next day-something previous mattresses have not been able to do. I won't say it cured the back pain, but it definitely didn't make the issue worse! Even with limited sleep time and otherwise marginal conditions, I have been able to still get decent rest. To address a few concerns others have pointed out: - There is a slight odor when first unpacking, but it was not over powering. I opened the windows that afternoon before I went to bed and did not notice any smell the next day. For sure, after a few days, the smell was completely gone. -Actual Thickness/Time to fully expand: Mine was essentially what was advertised, though I did not bust out the measuring tape. Others on here have, but needless to say it eyeballs to the advertised 10". Expansion took maybe 15 minutes total. But I did not lay on it for over an hour after, just to be sure. -Bed is somewhat firm with no boxspring, but not overly so. I can walk on the mattress and my feet do not go through to the slats underneath, so it supports the body fairly well. However the top layers are soft enough that you get (in my opinion) a good compromise between support and softness. -No notable depressions have formed on the mattress from me sleeping on it -I do not currently have a partner that is sharing the bed, but I would imagine there's no motion transfer to speak of, if you are in such a situation. Given that this mattress is significantly cheaper than any other retail option, yet still delivers good comfort, I'd definitely consider getting another one in the future. Definitely have been pleased with it so far.

So soft but firm enough that you don't sink in
I was afraid this would be a gamble. With the price and some reviews. But this was a great purchase. I bought this for my daughter but it was able to hold my weight just fine. There was no sinking into the bed or anything. Pros: *Comfort-This is so soft to lye down on and yet you don't sink into the mattress which would make it uncomfortable. If feels like it cradles your body and at 10" I was worried it was not thick enough but I was wrong. It was a perfect size. The full size is perfect for a teenager but it was a good fit for me (an adult) as well. I love it and want one for myself now. My spring mattress is hard now in comparison to this soft foam mattress. I was thinking about a hybrid since I was afraid this wouldn't have enough support but this had a mix of support for your back and a cradling so side sleepers (like me) don't feel pain on their hips. The quality it is amazing and the price is unbeatable. I did find others that were a bit cheaper but I wanted to pay a bit more for this one since it had better reviews. **Pat on the back. I did good, lol. *Soft-The material is soft and by this I mean the cover. I have yet to be able to remove it but will be wearing gloves when I do (as others have said it has fiberglass since it is flame retardant). It is used with sheets but the designs are not felt beneath it or anything. *Filled out-I left it the 72 hours as it suggested to fully fill out before she used it but it actually mostly filled out instantly. It did have a weird smell that I couldn't put my finger on but it wasn't strong. I want to say chemical smell maybe the foam or foam glue they use but I was literally face to mattress smelling it (as another reviewer did the same and smelled nothing) my nose it sensitive and I did smell something luckly it went away by the end of the day while waiting for it to puff out. So I am not going to remove stars but you should be aware. It doesn't smell like anything now and there was a corner that did completely fill out until the second day. It kind of dipped downward and I thought I would stay like that but it fixed itself. So I would say (if you can) leave it the 3 days. It actually took a pounding as I left it in the living room to air out (against a couch) and my kids decided to use it to lye on and try and roll down (inbetween my scolding I thought it would bend it too much). It actually didn't bend or anything and held their weight. I was pleasantly surprised. Weight-This thing is heavy. I had to drag the box inside and when opened I found a Grey material that was wrapped around it protecting it I believe. Once I opened it was hard to carry but it is a good thing to me as it meant it was made of quality material. Cons: *can't reach the zipper-So there is a tiny pencil sized pocket that holds the zipper and I couldn't pull it out. I was waiting to be sure there was nothing wrong with it (just in case I had to return it if it didn't puff out or something) but now that I know I will keep it looks like I am going to have to cut the pocket open to reach the zipper. Not sure why that design was made but it is something to note. Conclusion: *I love it and I am afraid of making g purchases for large items just in case I have to return it. The hassle is a lot for something so large but this was a great purchase. It will hold my 200+ weight and not sink in but still cradle me. My tiny daughter (whom I bought it for) loves it just as much because it is not "too soft" which is what we were afraid of from a foam mattress. Problems with shipping lead to using it alone until the frame arrives. However, it is awesome just as it is as the bottom of the foam seems to be strong enough to support your weight and spinal alignment. I will update my review when used with the frame. This mattress was a great purchase and we will be ordereding two more (of different sizes) in the future.

You get what you pay for
I waited until I slept on it twice to write this. I’m not upset nor pleased. Maybe a little “you get what you pay for” I set my mattress out Wednesday after putting my new frame together and let it rise until Friday afternoon (almost 48 hours) it hadn’t gotten past 8” in the 2 days and I was tired of sleeping on an air mattress (while waiting for this to rise, no room to keep old mattress and new one) so I put my mattress protector on and new bedding. It was comfy, firm and felt nice. I had never owned a mattress like this before. My previous one was a traditional with springs. I went to bed and idk if it was the sheets, the mattress, or both but I have never sweated so much in my life. Then I woke up and felt like I was laying in a ditch. The mattress completely caved under me after I slept for 7 hours! I got up, it sounded like sand pouring out of a bowl. Very strange. Remade the bed, went about my day. Last night, I bought a mattress pad that’s about 1/2” thick and put that on. Went to sleep. Still sweaty (but that could be the sheets...not sure, still made a sand noise when I stood but! The mattress hadn’t sunken in as much as the previous night. I think it was the pad helping cushion my body from the mattress. Tl;dr Bed is comfortable but sinks after laying on it all night, mattress pad has helped but not solved issue. Bed also holds in heat as far as I can tell. Bed is easy to assemble but didn’t rise to 10” after 2 days as advertised. Conclusion: worth it if you’re not planning to keep it forever, in need of a quick fix, having budget issues or don’t have back problems And if you have back problems THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

A Last Minute Decision
After being Skeptical about buying a box mattress for the first time, I have to say I am moreeee then amazed. Wrapping was good, box in great condition, easy to instal and exactly 48hrs later ready to sleep on it. Has that breeze feeling, soft enough for my like, and makes no noise what so ever. It was the last one in stock and I just went for it because of all the good reviews. 500$ and change but Worth it!!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT !!!

Memory Foam Mattress
We ordered the Olee Sleep 10 Aquarius Memory Foam Mattress for my Grandson's bed when he comes to visit for weekends. We were amazed from the beginning after opening it and seeing it expand and going back to see that it had expanded even more. It is a very nice looking mattress and my Grandson said it was comfortable and he slept well. I would recommend it
