I’ve never purchased those lipsticks so I don’t know I’ve used this for years it’s a lipstick sealer so it helps to to stop the colour From fading or transferring onto glasses ect. I love it

It is a matte finish. I wait for my lipstick to set, then put it over my lipstick and it lasts forever!
