This is a very good product to use if you want good tasting probiotic to add to your smoothie or even pre-workout in the mornings. Helps with regularity. I really love Sunwarrior products; the company doesn't disappoint. They are very transparent in their labels of all of their ingredients, and they value customer satisfaction. Recommend!

Not so certain this product if for everyone. Been taking it for about a week, and if anything I have gotten more bloat/water weight than before taking it. Basically gained over 4 lbs in the first week. That also could be since I increased my water intake as suggested. I have also had a bit more gas than usual. Taste wise, it is decent, and I used a protein shake electric hand mixer as it was grainy if done just by a spoon. Energy wise, I have seen a bit of improvement. Also have not had any upset or sour stomach since taking. We will see how it goes through the entire container. After all, repair can take some time.
