I purchased this pill organizer with case for travelling and the smaller size is perfect. The organizer fits nicely in the case which has a magnetic snap closure, which prevents accidental opening while in a purse, bag, backpack, etc. There are two product design items I would change for this organizer: 1) Improve the compartment locking. The lid locking for the organizer I received varies per compartment, too tight, just right, too loose. If the organizer was not in a case, I feel the loose lids would open letting the pills spill out and run free. 2) Make both AM and PM day order the same. I didn't notice this when I ordered it (my focus was on the case), but the lid labels on the PM side are different. Reading left-right, the AM side is "Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat", while the PM side is "Sat, Fri, Tu, Wed, Tue, Mon, Sun". What the heck? Overall, the product is compact, easy to use, and a convenient size for travel.

The case itself is nice and small, good for my small meds and limited space to store everything. Although I now feel like a geriatric having to have had to buy a pill case... it is useful for those of us in the 40's club who find themselves on every- day medications. I bought it because I am terrible at remembering to take my meds in the AM and PM so now I just have to open one compartment and gulp. The black case is a nice touch but chintcy... For the price and the job, though, it's perfect.

Love that I now only have 1 pill container on my bathroom vanity. With am and pm in 1 container its now so much easier to choose the correct compartment to grab my pills. The case is very helpful for travelling so no worries about anything coming open and fall out. Only gave 4 stars because 1) the individual container tops while easy to open you have to be careful that they don't open by mistake and 2) the tops only open to an angle instead of totally open which makes it a bit harder to fill. All in all I'm happy with this.

Purchased this for my dad so he can keep track of his meds. Perfect size that fits in his pocket and he likes the little travel case. Only downside is the labeling rubs off so we had to use a label maker to mark am and pm on it.

The case really saves this little pill holder. It does come open sometimes, but the case keeps everything in.

Compact, but large enough for a good amount of pills! My only grief is that I wish it were a little bit harder to open. If you do not use the carrying pouch, there's a chance the lip could catch on something and open up.

I bought this for my son who takes medications only 2 times a day. But he takes multiple medications at both if those times. This made it easier for him to remember what to take and when. Before this pill case, he was missing pills all of the time, leading to adverse side effects and sometimes even withdrawal. Now, he takes what he's supposed to, when he's supposed to, and I fill it for him every week to make sure he's getting what he's supposed to. He could do it on his own, as I feel he is responsible enough, but I do it for my piece of mind. He loves having his pill case. It's dishwasher safe, the lids click firmly into place, and it can comfortably fit about 5 pills in each container. If your wanting more space for more pills they do make larger pill cases. My pill case for instance handles 11 pills in each container, looks just like my son's but is bigger. Having all our pills organized for the week just makes things a little simpler.

When I first got it I thought it was going to be to small...then I loaded it with all my pills and found it was a great size for all my pills with room to spare!!
