Hello. Would this suit blue eyes 👀?

The brown is a dark glitter brown. Not sure how that would look with blue. The base colors and highlights of gold have in my mind a yellow-gold tint. If you normally wear brown eye shadow then go ahead give it a shot.

Is Romanticism more neutral or bright?
