I’ll let the image speak for itself haha All of these taste great, textures are pleasing, and soft enough for my sensitive stomach. Clean, high quality, and effective ingredients. After a few weeks of taking them I started noticing real differences in my body! For the magnesium specifically, I have an easier time falling asleep, sleeping deeper and uninterrupted, waking up actually rested. I’m also an adult ballet dancer and my muscles are noticeably less fatigued during class; recovery between exercises is faster than it used to be. FYI - I did feel drowsy the first morning (let’s me know it is actually doing something) so I take it a bit earlier in the evening and lowered the dosage for the first few days. Taking the full dosage now with no issues :)

This has clean ingredients and tastes nice. We've only been using it for a week but it has already helped with muscle cramps and sleeping more deeply. The daily dose is 3 but we've each been taking 2, just to help them go further, and that has been enough to see a difference. My husband was previously taking a different magnesium supplement and says that these are significantly more effective!

these are worth the price. they really work as a muscle relaxer. they help with tension headaches. they do not have artifical sweetners or other terrible ingredients. they taste great. I only take one and it still works although the dosage may vary depending on height and weight. always tell your Dr if you are taking supplements.

These taste great and I'd always rather feel like I'm eating candy than trying to swallow a huge horse pill like some supplements come in. These were fairly expensive and it says to eat 3 a day for nutrition so they go pretty quick. I would buy them again though.

I buy these every month. They taste great and I can feel the difference, especially if I've worked out a little too hard. Helps to relax my muscles. I take them in the morning so I'm not sure how effective they are as a sleep aid.

If taken at night before bed they did relax me a bit. The taste is not bad at all. The smell isn’t bad and are great for digestion. They may be a bit more expensive than store bought but they do everything they say they do and my doctor actually recommended them. You must adjust your dose if 3 tablets are too much for your digestive tract. I started with three and they work so well but I realized too well. I now take two before bed. If I take three you can bet a bathroom break will greet me in the morning or after morning coffee lol!
