I love Madison Reed, I’ve never had a bad experience with the hair color and I’ve tried a few different ones. It always leaves my hair feeling so healthy and the color always comes out even and looking so natural and shiny. I used 4NMG this time. First photo is before the others are afters.

No odor or harsh chemicals, good quality hair color
I like that everything you need is in the package. Hair color is good, no odor, ammonia, etc. My hair is hard to cover (over 50% stubborn gray) My frustration in the past is hair color that fades or really doesn't cover what you are trying to cover (the roots). Not ready to go natural yet! The darkest mahogany brown color is just beautiful at a fraction of salon prices.

Waste of money
This product ordered in dark brown did absolutely nothing to my hair. The color didn’t take at all and I left it on longer than they suggested as I always do to rid the grays. It didn’t cover my roots at all and my hair looks two toned !!!!

Great kit
Absolutely loved the kit! Came with everything and more. At first I was worried it was drying out my hair but after the 35 mins under the shower cap rinsing and drying my hair was softer then before.

I absolutely loved this kit! It was in such a cute box with literally everything i needed to successfully put color on my hair. The directions were extremely detailed. There was zero mess, not even a stain on me thanks to everything provided: and the color came out spot on to what it said it would. I’m now hooked and will be faithfully buying this product to color my hair at home for months to come!

Color works but smells bad
The hair color is okay. My hair is a bit dry now though. The smell isn’t great. I washed it twice (once using the shampoo/conditioner from the kit and again a couple days later using my own shampoo/conditioner), and my hair still smells bad. I probably wouldn’t get it again. 3 stars cuz it did the job, just not a fan of the smell.
