These noodles are a serious lifesaver for anyone eliminating carbs from their diet. It's important to rinse, rinse, rinse...then dry them in a hot skillet....but wow, they are great! Take any flavor you give them.

I was super excited to try these. As an open-minded person, I accepted that they may taste, smell, or feel different. They do, but I was OK with that. I made a nice meal, even posted it on social media and then just got on with my life.Hours later, I had really bad cramping, nausea exces salivation. I had no idea what was happening to me. I usually have a strong stomach so I was freaking out. I didn't make the connection until a week later I had more noodles and the same thing happened - this time, I vomited a clump of undigested stuff from 36 hours prior.My rating is purely based on would I recommend these to anyone I loved, or cared about? No. And it pains me to say that, because I thought I had found the perfect replacement, but no.

It's a great product. Tasty and very good for help with a calorie controlled diet.I do the 5:2 and it is really filling on my 'fast' days

I can assure you that they are vile. They smell like fish and plastic and no matter how much you rinse them they're still gag-worthy. The texture is like eating toothbrush bristles and they have a tendency to clump together when swallowed, so chew carefully. The only ''miracle'' here is how this brand is still in business.

This reminded me of squid legs and smelled of fish. It's the first time I've bought it but I couldn't bring myself to taste it!

They are super easy to prepare and I really enjoy eating them. I am even thinking of trying to make a rice pudding!After rinsing and putting at medium heat in a dry non-stick pan, the liquid evaporates quite quickly and it's easy to then add sauce. I made mine with pesto sauce and fish.

A great noodle … good taste … no taste actually … cooks up well and no scent ! Takes on sauces well ! Loved them ! Easy to use !

This is an absolute rip off. The packages are only half full and the liquid looks gray instead of clear. The box smell mouldy when I opened it. There is no return policy for this so I’m stuck with this product. Do not buy!!!

I have ordered this box of noodles before and the quality was good. However, with this order, I had to throw all six packages IN THE GARBAGE as they came and were 100% dried out and much smaller than usual. The texture was like sand-paper in my hands. The design of the packaging seems to have changed slightly, so I am not sure if there are new manufacturers but this quality is now terrible and not able to be consumed. I will not be re-ordering this product ever again.

I gave it a 5 star for flavour because it didn't have any, but it took other flavours on well. There was no scent either which is good. The texture was firm with a nice chew to it. (Careful not to choke.) I went to my local Asian market today and discovered you can buy this type of noodle there and they have several selections and it's about half the price of what this company charges for it's shirataki noodles. Overall nice food product if you're o.k. paying more for it.
