Whitening but damaging
I only used 3 or 4 strips as I noticed some damage at the front teeth, it whitened them though.Would choose a different option for whitening after using these.

Noticed the difference after one try, left them on for an hour tho, don't know how long it will last with tea and coffee, but definitely an excellent quick fix, thumbs up 👍
