**Q: What is the shelf life of the product and where do you store it? Thanks in advance.**
A: I deem it as "everlasting" Wonka Style 😉 ...as long as uncontaminated & clean in & around the plastic tub. I do refrigerate if I don't trust those who may have double dipped 😕.....otherwise in theory you should be able to keep at room temperature quite happily....aged garlic garlic therefore self preserving. ...it's just us mucky humans getting in the way. We eat it pretty quickly therefore not on our shelf  that long...

**Q: How many gloves do yo get in a tub?**
A: About 15-20. You need 3-4 for each meal to get a decent flavour. Hope that helps

**Q: Is this Organic?**
A: I didn't see an organic certification on the tub, however that's not to say it isn't, it just might not be certified. Garlic naturally repels many types of crop pests thus is one crop that doesn't require much in the way of pesticides and isn't included in the EWG's dirty dozen list as it has a peel-away skin.

**Q: Is this a pot of garlic cloves or a paste ?**
A: I think they were garlic cloves not paste, but I was not very impressed with them, didn't seem to have a great deal of flavour.
