Poor choice
It is next to impossible to distinguish between left and right. It is difficult to adjust the volume and the units squeal loudly when inserted in the ear and often after that.

Charge lasts only a short time
Charging makes high pitched, audible squealing.

These hearing aids work brilliantly. I notice some people have had problems from the charging dock failing to work after a while, the hearing aids being uncomfortable, won’t fit their ear or drop out even. To be honest I’ve had none of these problems but you have to get to know the aids and work out what’s best for you. I sent away for some large “open” buds which seem to grip better and let more sound through. To start with they backed off but I found that if I tucked the pull toggle behind the inside of my ear it stopped the hearing aid trying to back off. The pull toggle needs to be at the bottom which can be achieved by adjusting the position of the aid and tilting it downwards slightly. It works for me but it is necessary to experiment to get the best out of your hearing aid, what works for one doesn’t always work for an other. Simply get to know your hearing aids and rewards are there to be had.
