These hangers were in perfect condition when they were unpacked. I bought similar one's 10 years ago and luckily found these that match (dark/black metal w/cherry/dark wood). I didn't experience any quality issues.

Very, very poor quality.  What was left of the finish once the hangars were unpacked, rubbed off on my hands.  Although they were packed well enough, every hangar had pits and scratches on them.  Not acceptable.
