Since I use it, my allergy is less hefty.

My hayfever has started with a vengeance and after a sleepless night with a bunged up nose I remembered I had some of these that I'd bought last year. I only took one in the morning expecting to have to take another before bedtime but it was not necessary as I only started sneezing again the following morning.

Trying this for my severe hayfever, on prescription antihistamines but not helping. These are easy to take, not expensive and got great reviews.

Low dosage in comparison to other brands, would not buy again

I’m not sure what’s going on with these but I’ve never reacted to a supplement this way. Straight back out of the body in unpleasant manner

I've been on prescription anti histermines on and off for years. Over the counter anti histermines do not work for me. I bought these and started on two a day for three weeks and then was able to cut down to one at night. They work far better for me than anything else ever has. Highly recommend trying them
