This kit contains Black Light, which is a hybrid glaze, and Black Wax, which is a dedicated wax. Glazes work to fill in minor swirls and scratches in vehicle paintwork, reducing their visibility and mirror like shine. While Black Light does have some cleansing properties, it will not remove scratches nor swirls. For these two products, you will want to apply Black Light first, then Black Wax after. If you are polishing, you will performing the polishing before applying both these products. The kit has a polish (black light)to "clean up " the paint a bit if you have light scratches and swirl marks. It will add some gloss too. Then you use the black wax for gloss and protection.
