Hi, it's about 9" (23cms) diameter including the rim.

Would this be suitable for football fans?

Its not suitable for anything, absolute rubbish, you'd be much better off banging on a dustbin lid

Can anyone tell me the weight of this drum please?

It is less than a kilogram, very light and not really to be used as part of a full drum kit. I bought this as a joke item for my husband who is a drummer and really it was just something to put in a snare bag that was the main gift

Sorry don't know as I bought it for a gift 2 years ago.
