A great value home exercise bike
This is a great little machine which I have now had for three months and use every day.The review would have had five stars but for the fact that the first machine that I bought was faulty and had to be returned (flywheel bearing went after two weeks). Having said that, the return was managed smoothly by Amazon and a full refund obtained. (Good idea to keep the original packaging for a while just in case). The replacement machine has been fine and is just what I wanted. It is fairly straightforward to assemble, which I managed okay on my own, and requires a minimum of tools (which are supplied). The instructions were easy to follow and written in good English. This bike has a good saddle and is the most comfortable exercise machine that I have used. The height is adjustable, although I think that tall people might have a problem, as I have to have it on the maximum height setting and I am only six feet. There is a max weight restriction of 100 Kg.Resistance tension is simply adjustable using a knob on the handlebars and provides a good range, but very fit users may find the top tension a bit on the low side (although I believe the range may be further adjusted by altering the tension wire setting inside the crank casing). The supplied computer is easy to use and gives a range of metrics including speed, time and heart rate (via hand sensors)..The build quality is excellent and it is a very robust machine which runs smoothly and quietly with minimal vibration. It has a smallish footprint and is easy to move by tilting and rolling it on the wheels at the front. All in all, given the price at under £120, this is a great value home exercise machine.

Faulty manufacturing and assembly instructions...but excellent customer service!
I have had a succession of exercise bikes over 20+ years, using them on almost a daily basis for around 1 hour and therefore have significant experience of bike assembly and usage. This item arrived a week ago and I soon discovered a manufacturing fault at "Step 3" of the assembly instructions, which involve fitting the saddle mount to the bike, as the vital "U-shaped slider" and bolt were nowhere to be seen. Net result- it was impossible to attach the saddle to the bike via the adjustable mount and I therefore contacted Customer Services requesting a replacement item. On a whim some ours later, I removed the plastic end cap from the mount using a knife (!) and found that the missing slider and bolt had become dislodged and were stuck out of sight inside the mount and had to be poked back into the correct place, finally allowing me to fit the saddle mount to the bike. Please watch out for this fault and also note that in the assembly instructions, Steps 3 and 4 should be reversed, as it is much easier to attach the saddle to the mount before attaching both to the bike.A couple of quick other observations after a week of daily usage: (i) the resistance is much too high- Level 3 (of 8) on this bike is tougher than Level 6 (of 8) on my previous bike and Levels 6 to 8 are virtually unusable; (ii) the is already an ominous metallic clicking coming from the base unit when in use and, from experience, I fear for the longevity of this bike...but time will tell.On the plus side, Customer Services were very helpful and efficient and a ready assembled saddle and mount unit arrived a day or 2 after my initial contact.

Good basic bike
Bought to help rehabilitate my knee after surgery 18 months ago, and its done that just fine. At 6'1 the seat just about goes high enough, but much taller and I expect it would start to feel cramped. The resistance isn't going to challenge an enthusiast, but it'll be fine for your average person, and it's also quiet which is nice. The only problem I had was that after the first month I began noticing rubber shavings collecting on the floor under the bike. After taking it apart it was quite clear that the rubber belt was slipping off one of the wheels which I think acts as a tensioner. I managed to use 5 or 6 spacers to align the wheel better so it doesn't chew the belt up, but this is clearly not something a buyer should be expected to do.Other than that issue it has been good value for money.

bike breaking apart after a short while
Bought the exercise bike mid November 2020. Arrived the day before delivery date. Easy to put together except the resistance cable, this is a two-person job, one to hold the handle bar post while the second person connects the resistance adjustment cable, however they will need a 6mm open ended spanner to use as a cantilever tool to hook the top cable into its bracket fixing.I cycle about 10K a day on the exercise bike, after approx. 150K the bike started giving a clunking noise as you peddled, but not every time I used the bike. (I later found this was the belt retaining edge on the crank wheel slowly braking off and hitting the pole as the crank wheel went around. This morning I sat on the bike, started my exercise, turned the peddles twice, somewhere in the working of the bike something made a load noise and all resistance went from the peddles. On investigation I found that the edging was breaking off of the plastic/carbon crank wheel allowing the belt to come off, making the bike unusable having only done 283K

Not sure about this one
Initially pleased with the bike, seems sturdy, took two of us about 90 minutes to put together, with some parts being tricky/fiddly. The seat is rather hard and uncomfortable. For the last week or so, in common with a lot of other purchasers, it has started making an awful noise. Reading other comments, it would seem a waste of time contacting the seller as they generally insist it is wear and tear, rather than a manufacturing issue covered under warranty, and the solution is to purchase a new belt. Not sure why any component part would not even last the warranty period of the whole item, perhaps bodes ill for the lifetime of the bike.
