Review: Great Recovery drink! Plant based version - Update 29/01/2025. Since High5 changed the formula of the normal version, I've steered clear. But I tried the plant based version and its almost like thr original. I always use High5 nutrition, you literally can't go wrong and its wallet friendly. This recovery drink mixes well and tastes ok. It's not as good as the chocolate flavour, but still very nice with skimmed milk. I like the fact there are no sweeteners, you try and find another protein shake that doesn't use them!

**Q: How many portions do you get from 1 tub approx**
A: 1600 gms in tub; one scoop approx 20gms so approximately 80 scoops. I usually only use two in milk even after a marathon - bu I might be a freak.

I always use High5 nutrition, you literally can't go wrong and its wallet friendly. This recovery drink mixes well and tastes ok. It's not as good as the chocolate flavour, but still very nice with skimmed milk. I like the fact there are no sweeteners, you try and find another protein shake that doesn't use them!

So far tried chocolate and that's a 5 star product. Love the chocolate version. Went to buy another tub but none were in stock so tried banana and vanilla. Odd taste to it but it does the job and you quickly get used to it. Probably wouldn't buy it again unless other flavours, like chocolate, were out of stock.
