AMAZING PIECE OF KIT.
I WAS SOMEWHAT CONCERNED BBY SOME OF THE REVIEWS I HAVE SEEN, BUT DECIDED THAT AT THIS PRICE I HAD NOTHING TO LOSE. I CAN ONLY SAY THAT IT ISCEASY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT.SIPLY PUSH THE BRUSSH END INTO THE DRAINAGE HOLE, AND BE AMAZED AT THE RUBBISH THAT COMES OUT. DO THAT A COUPLE OF TIMES...THEN ATTACH THE PLASTIC TUBE TO THE SYRINGE, SUCK SOME WATER INTO IT, AND THEN FORCE THAT INTO THE HOLE..I ONLY USED IT ABIUT HALF FULL, AND IT HAS COMPLETELY SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM WHICH HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AGES. I HAVE ALRESDY ARRANGED TO LEND TO MY SON, AS HIS FRIDGE IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE.

No instructions, but details given on Amazon site (image 4), allow you to see how to use the product. Product generally good, but wire brush is 36" long, not 61" as shown in image 5 on the order page, so not sure if I have reached the reservoir, or just run our of brush length. 61" would have been fine, 36" not so!

Absolute rubbish! Or is it operational error?
Couldn’t get this to work like the ads at all.So, either it’s rubbish OR my fridge doesn’t have lots of nasty mould and bacterial build up down that hole.The teeny brushes are useful and the little scraper thing has proven fabulous for getting dried on glue off my table, but the syringe/plunger? Nope! Not the foggiest what it’s supposed to do. It certainly doesn’t do what I bought it for.

Bought it to suck up water from the back of the integrated fridge ladder
I have an integrated larder. Brand new but guess the water tank at the back is not big enough to allow for the water to evaporate quickly (English crap hotpoint and they still don’t come cheap) anyway fed up with seeing water showing up in the integrated cabinet I came across this tool and I gave it a go. Pulled water out of it smoothly as I hoped. Recommended. For the job I wanted it to do
