Just what the Physical Therapist ordered
My physical Therapist recommended these to me to help strengthen my hip muscles. They are well made and seem to be very durable. And they are working!!

Too short
With limited stretch I find the size to be too short.

So far so good
I'm a powerlifter and have had these for about 3 months. So far they are great with regular use. I like the width of the bands and the thickness of the fabric (no rolling up). My only concern is longevity of the elastic (because we all know they will wear out eventually) but no complaints at the moment.

High quality very useful resistance bands.
These are very high quality resistance bands, which my trainer specifically recommended. The fabric is superior and they are the most useful resistance ranges. Many brands offer multiple bands for a lower price but you will get little if any use from most of the bands. So I find this brand to be a better buy.
