Yes certainly. The AVS13 protects against low and high voltage. Low voltage can be very damaging to pumps. The AVS13 will disconnect and waits for 10sec to 3 minutes depending on your setting before it restarts to protect against frequent on/off situations

Spikes killed off by Sollatek's automatic voltage switcher

This unit arrived within 2 day's. I found that it was well made and easy to install. It was bought to minimize damage caused by power surges to a building alarm system which had previously been damaged by a large power surge.
