Is this an all natural preservative?

paraben-free and formaldehyde-free liquid blend preservative featuring Phenoxyethanol. Phenoxyethanol is actually very harmful. It is harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin, especially to nursing mothers or infants. Phenoxyethanol can have an effect on the brain and the central nervous system. So in my opinion, I would have to say it's not entirely natural.

Is this suitable for protecting oil blends, or oil/wax massage balms? Ifnot can you reccomend something else?

I’ve found it works. I tried making creams without and they went mouldy in a month. The last batch I made with plant a serve was well before Christmas and there isn’t a trace of mould. My cream is oil, oat milk and beeswax. Good luck!
