Does this product contain Iron please ?

Having rung Wessex Mill to inquire, I was told as the French Bread Flour is milled in France it doesn't have supplements added to it unlike flour that is milled in the UK, that has to have supplements added to it by Law. They also did explain that Iron occurs naturally in wheat and is present in all of their flours. what sort of sell by date does the 6 seed flour have roughly...weeks, months , years? etc

Sorry i cant answer your question. I only purchased white french bread flour. The best before date on my white flour is oct 2021 and i purchased in december...so the white flour keeps roughly 10mths or a year in my opinion if stored correctly.

Is this flour bleached please

Not as far as I am aware. It is all from local farms. I buy direct from the mill now.

Normal t65 should be around 11% protein percentage, but this one writes 9.5%…even lower than cake flour, can anyone tell me if it writes wrong pls?
